Carbon Zero Through Education Erasmus Proje Faaliyetlerimiz

Almanya’nın en büyük açık kömür ocaklarından biri olan Tagebau Garzweiler’i ziyaret ettik. Bu teknik gezi ile enerji üretiminin çevreye etkilerini yerinde gözlemledik, fosil yakıtların sürdürülebilirlik açısından oluşturduğu sorunları tartıştık. Öğrencilerimiz, karbon nötr bir gelecek için yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklarının ve çevre dostu uygulamaların önemini bir kez daha anlama fırsatı buldu.

As part of our Carbon Zero Through Education Erasmus Project, today we visited Tagebau Garzweiler, one of Germany’s largest open-pit coal mines. During this technical trip, we observed the environmental impacts of energy production on-site and discussed the challenges fossil fuels pose to sustainability. Our students once again realized the importance of renewable energy sources and eco-friendly practices for building a carbon-neutral future.
